VMSL offers VTL machining in Rajkot for large-diameter and heavy parts. On a vertical turning lathe, the part sits flat on a rotating table, so large rings, discs and housings are held securely and turned accurately. We turn parts up to Ø800 mm diameter and 800 mm height, with up to 1,000 mm swing.

As a result, parts that are too large or heavy for a normal CNC lathe can be turned in one setup. After turning, parts can be drilled and milled on our HMCs and VMCs, so you receive finished components from one supplier.
