Our development team reviews your drawing, programs the job in CAD/CAM and builds fixtures in our own tool room. As a result, new parts reach first article faster and stay repeatable in production.

Casting development
Many of our customers buy machined castings. We work with our foundry partner to select the right casting process and alloy, review the design for casting risks and develop the pattern. Early teamwork like this keeps cost and lead time low, and it avoids defects later.

Production planning
An integrated ERP system links sales orders, BOM, capacity planning and job tracking. So every order is planned against real machine capacity, which helps us deliver on time.

Quality and customer support
Every part is checked in our quality room with a Hexagon CMM and modern gauging. In addition, our engineers stay involved from the first discussion to the final inspection report, so you always have one point of contact.
