VMSL offers HMC machining in Rajkot on twin-pallet horizontal machining centers with indexing rotary tables. Because the part rotates on the pallet, four sides can be machined in one setup. As a result, holes and faces on different sides stay accurately aligned, and handling time drops.
The twin pallet changer lets the operator load the next part while the machine is still cutting. So the spindle keeps working, which lowers the cost per part on production orders.
